Shane is a super friendly and very knowledgeable person. I chose to have him sell my house after seeing many others but feeling most comfortable with him. Shane went above and beyond for me and helped me more than he had to , even coming to see me far away when I got sick during the process of selling my house! I explained the price range I would like to try achieve and how I would sell my furniture if I could and all this was arranged with Shane and I was able to contact my buyers and sell some furniture and my house sold for more than I had hoped which was great! I also had wanted to try get as quick a sale as possible as I was moving overseas and to my disbelief we got a 2 week settlement! We recently bought our property via Kevin Davy. From the set go, Kevin was very helpful and engaging during our purchase journey. The most striking feature of Kevin is Honesty, which nowadays is diminishing within the real estate world. He is a rare find, and we were lucky that we purchased through him. We observed that his friendly and no-frills attitude made a good selling experience for the sellers and a good buying experience for us as purchasers. At the end of our purchase, the sellers became good friends through Kevin and we could visit the property a few times before settlement for measurements. I would highly recommend Kevin's services for your real estate needs. I ended up naming Kevin as the 'George Clooney' of the real estate world for his cool, calm, composed attitude...and of course his hair makes the resemblance too.
