We really appreciated him taking the time to talk at length with us before we had even hired him about the process and it was evident that he knew the area and the likely potential buyers etc. We had a very short timeframe to work in and Scott was extremely organised and communicative. He was able to organise several excellent tradesmen to complete work at sometimes less than 24 hours’ notice and the quality of their work was exceptional.
