Moira was the agent selling the apartment we rent. She was very considerate of us and our home, down to making sure people viewing the apartment took their shoes off. She's very personable and we saw her go above and beyond to try and sell the apartment - including fresh baking biscuits and bringing Christmas decorations. Being inexperienced, I was very cautious when entering into an agreement with Timothy. I asked to contact some recent sellers and spoke with 2 of them, who rated him highly. I signed on and Timothy exceeded my expectations. He made the whole process easy. He worked well with my tenants in place. He communicated regularly. His expectations of $ were based on available data, and he achieved what he said he would. He has always made time for my questions, and even after the sale was completed, has offered some guidance on purchasing in another area. This really was above and beyond what he needed to do. I am very grateful for his efforts, and recommend him to anyone interested in selling their property.
