Shaun and team did an excellent job, and we were very happy with the sale price. We were given very good pre-sale guidance on what we needed to do to achieve the best result. We were then kept up to date throughout the whole process through phone calls and on the Ray White app, showing details of viewings, contract holders etc. We were looked after well on auction day. Price guidance was pretty much on the mark from start to finish. Very happy!

With respect to the sale of my mother's property (outside of the Erskineville area) from the moment she met my mother I could see that she was tailoring the advice and recommendations to my mother's needs and wishes, which was greatly appreciated.
