Matt and his team did a great job to run the campaign for the property. He was able to connect us with great people who fixed, painted, styled our property to get it ready for sale. Once we were on the market he was able to get large numbers to the open houses and also coverage in the print media and an option to be on television which exceeded our expectations. The result was that we had a number of active buyers in a quiet market which meant we got above the price we were expecting. Matt is very personable and professional and would use him to sell my next place and recommend him to others.
