We’ve used Shaun twice now to manage the sale of our properties. On both occasions him and his team managed the sale with knowledge, good advise and genuine effort. His team managed the end-to-end campaign from helping us find contractors for works around the house, through styling, marketing, final negotiations and settlement. Shaun is well networked throughout the inner west and is able to tap into this network to source potential buyers even when open home numbers aren’t booming. I needed all the help I could get to sell my house in a tough market. I’ve never sold a property before so I needed an expert whose advice I could trust. I’m also really time poor with a high pressure job and family commitments as a single mum.
