We were happy that Ben arranged for us to go through the house earlier that the open day. We were not happy that we had put in a offer for the house well above the highest price and Ben still wanted us to go higher. When we went to pay our deposit on the house at Ray White Ben walked passed us and didn't acknowledge us.

We have recently sold our home with Lar Potimoy of Ray White Ferntree Gully and could not be happier. Lar was confident and knowledgeable in terms of the price she could obtain for us and exceeded our expectations. I had spoken with a fixed fee agent before Lar and the asking price they were planning for our home was well below what Lar achieved. Paying the commission was well worth it!
