Very happy.
I was nervous about selling my house at Auction but Tim took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. I was happy with the result in the end when we sold at Auction.

"Team Ben" - a brilliant team
"Team Ben" truly lived up to their name. Everyone in the team played their role brilliantly from beginning to end. The sale process was quick and seamless and the service provided was excellent not only before and during the sale, but right up until the date the property settled. Fantastic Result and Great Agent
I have sold many properties with Ben Thomas in the past but this was my first block of land and Auction Experience. Ben took the time to outline the Auction process and kept me informed during the entire sales campaign. I relied heavily on his ability to build rapport with potential buyers and his communication skills throughout the campaign and I was never disappointed. I trusted in Ben and his team to deliver a great result and that they did with numerous qualified buyers turning up to the auction. In fact with such a great result come auction day, I decided to sell my other block of land next door to the under bidder. ok agent to deal with
I have called several times and has not answered or returned calls. The title on the land we purchased hasn't be lodged yet which was not communicated to us. We were given a settlement date which actually can't happen until this has been done which was also not communicated. So we actually bought land that we can't do anything with. I dropped off the deposit and there wasn't a single person in the place that could give me a receipt for it.

Reliable Agent
I will definitely get her again for my next purchase of property in the future. She inhibits a lot of reliability and get out of her way to assist me in all the documentation process and she even work on Sunday evening to get my paperwork sorted so that the Vendor can sign on it. Simply the best agent.

3H's (Honest, Helpful, Hard-working)
As a buyer I was impressed and more than happy with the efforts of Lar and Angel on behalf of both the buyer and seller. To say I was concerned about the "sale by set date" process would be an understatement. However my concerns were unwarranted thanks in no small part to the integrity and honesty of Lar and Angel. This also reflects positively on Ray White FTG.
