I think he is a very professional property agent and also Lee ?( I'm not sure if my spelling is correct, Lee is the guy who work with Tim). They both helped me a lot. Before auction, I received many calls from them. They checked if I have any questions and answer me promptly and with patience. During the auction they still assisted me with biding and with their help, I finally won the auction. I want to say thanks to them.

We chose Lar Potimoy to sell our as we saw her previously when we were inspecting another house and we were very pleased with her manner as well as her knowledge of the house and the market. We are so glad we went with her, she was amazing. Right form the word "Go" Lar was on the ball. She was regularly in contact with us prior to putting the house on the market to ensure that we were OK and that the house was progressing. Once the house went to market Lar went into overdrive, we were thrilled when Lar called us to tell us that our first open for inspections had 42 groups come in to inspect our house, as well as this Lar was at the house everyday doing private inspections for prospective buyers. Our house sold in 10 days for a price more than we had expected and we are sure that Lar was integral in the smooth and timely sale as well as the obtaining the best possible price. I would strongly recommend Lar to any friends or family in the future

When I first met Lar when she came around to drop off her Ray White agent's information sheet, she gave me a very friendly smile and asked if I was cleaning or moving home. When I told her I was preparing for move and to put the house for sale, she started giving me information of how to go about and about the area around and the house prices. She also quickly stepped in to say I can come around and give you an evaluation and discuss. Though I already had 2 real estate agents I was attracted to Lar's warm and genuine approach to her job. She came around as a hard working person. Someone who will work for you. Once I had given the task of selling my house to Lar, she never stopped talking to me and kept me informed daily as to what she was going to do and she was totally committed to satisfying me in every way. Though I had offers at a much lower price than I indicated, Lar accepted my rejections and was there to assist me in the best polite way. It took Lar just 5 weeks to get a buyer.
