Kind, courteous, understanding, respectful, knowledgeable, never pushy, always giving the very best information about what needs to do to achieve the best price for the sale of the property. Understanding of the client's need for information about how things are going. The team at the office always informative, prompt and respectful. A great experience for the sale of what was my home of the past 28 years.

What can we say but outstanding.
From our first meeting Paul took us in hand and explained every detail of our upcoming campaign. Assessed our home and gave us details on how to maximise our result. As he explained 'to give the home every chance for the best possible result'. He then put together a structured and comprehensive campaign which gave us over 150 groups through and around 26 registered bidders at the auction. The resulting bidding war concluded with us receiving $120,000 over the reserve and broke the ceiling price for our street.

Matt was helpful and prompt in his responses. He is an effective communicator. As we bought at auction there was very little negotiation required however Matt was readily able to assist with access to the property to assist with planning renovations and the negotiating the pre-settlement inspections.
