I recently purchased a townhouse in the Waverley Park Estate and having 5 or 6 to choose from I found dealing with Thinh to be the deciding factor in purchasing through Ray White FTG. He was punctual to all our appointments, has a great working knowledge of the area ie- recent sales figures, estimated rental returns and more and fielded all my many questions with no issues. We had the pleasure of meeting Paul Scott in 2013, when our neighbours decided that mark their house. Paul was very straight forward and provided us with enough information to make a creditable offer. We declined that offer due to timing issues but rekindled the relationship 18 months later when I asked Paul to find a property we where looking for. Mind you we asked several local agents in addition as we were on the hunt for a specific property. Without hesitation Paul outnumbered the referrals 5 to 1 compared to other agents. When he advised me of this particular property it was sold within an hour of inspection. Why we chose Paul is simple, I have owned several businesses and had a sales company in my younger days.
