Thank you Paul!
Paul did a fantastic job in selling our house. Our house was sold in less than a week for more than we expected. We couldn't fault any part of Pauls service and would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to our family and friends.

Great person and great salesman

Top marks for a job well done
We have had dealings with Ben in the past and over the last few years never failed to keep in regular contact. When we finally decided to place our home on the market Ben responded promptly and put our minds at ease regarding the sale. We were over the moon when he said he had a buyer and got us top dollar!! Very very good experience

Feedback of our experience with Ben.
Ben Thomas represented us and sold our property via private sale. Although we were recommended and chose to go down the path of auctioning our house, setting a reserve that was lower then we really liked and then experienced the disappointment of having the property passed in at the auction day, Ben came through with a really great private sale 2 days later. Perhaps an auction wasn't the best method for the sale of our home, however Ben's skills in negotiation and sales are at expert level! Thanks Ben, you and your team communicated promptly and sincerely throughout the sales process. We would definitely recommend your service in the future.

His suggestions on the presentation of the property enabled me to achieve a good price. Sandra is the reason I am happy
This was a very easy sale, in fact I had a buyer lined up for my property, so Ben did not have to do much to earn his commission. When any problems arose it was Sandra who dealt with them not Ben, he was missing in action. I would recommend Sandra 100% Ben not so much
