Grady O'Neill has demonstrated his capacity to deal with a host of problems caused by the purchasers who demanded conditions that resulted in a drawn out exchange of contracts with a reduced deposit - the final outcome was a very extended settlement. Despite these issues Grady was able to help all along the complex path - demonstrating a good negotiation skill and a professional approach. We were so disillusioned with the prospective purchasers that we had signed an Agency Agreement with another firm but Grady was able to convince the purchasers to act quickly to ensure that the property was still available but not for long!
