Absolutely unprofessional,firstly manipulating me to rent premises nobody wants instead of 1 I want ,when got the keys and walk in I was shocked Mold throughout the property,smashed front door , faulty ac,broken oven someone belongings all over the place ,dirt and grease all around not 1 wall without damage leaking roof widwis not opening ,reported straight away and for 5 days now nothing is happening,"condition report says it's spotless, it's not a mold it's dust" So have to get involved VCAT, consumer affairs Victoria and Frankston City council building surveyor Stil no response from ray white, typical realestate behaviour Frustrated They don't care about laws ,urgent repairs is urgent for you ,not for them So 6 days now ,still unable to move anything in Have to organise and pay for independent assessments as the ray white says "we don't believe you " Besides no-one came in person to take a look . careless and arrogant Happy to provide photos,videos and emails as evidence If you deal with them DONT PAY A CENT ,untill you get WRITTEN CONFIRMATION of things will be done Because once they got your money,you become invisible.
