From the beginning Andrew knew the story behind the property ,why we had chosen him and why it was our time to sell. Even harder was the details of how we needed the property handled to achieve a sale for us . Andrew had spoken to the owner of the property a few times apparently during letterbox drops, and l was told by the owner ,when the time came to sell , that Andrew was "a very friendly chap, knew the area ,and seemed as though he knew his stuff and looked very smart in his suit". We meet with Andrew ,we were told selling history of the area. What would be the best selling tools and best way to get the property sold. We felt comfortable with Andrews knowledge .He was always on time, kept in contact ,and informed us on any potential interest in the property. We sold in 4 weeks after 4 open houses under terms we were very happy with. Thank you Andrew.
