Our experience was excellent
The leasing team was very good. Charlotte and Romy did a wonderful job finding a very good new tenant within a week. They were communicative and very positive through out the process giving us confidence. Overall a great experience

Your computer system stinks!
Depending on the person. Adam is very knowledgeable and quick to respond, Charlotte kept me well up to date with her progress in renting my property out and Laura is very hardworking especially when my property was not as well maintained as I would have like Below you ask whether I used "Rate MY Agent". No, I cant remember his name now BUT his sister also works there at Frankston. I moved from Harcourts as was told by the woman who moved out of Frankston Office that the Frankston office was closing down which was a lie. She became new manager of the new office when it open and probably wanted to take as much business as she could with her.
