The reports have included the current state of the property, and signposted potential future maintenance issues, which has enabled me to budget to maintain the property in a good condition. I appreciate the timely monthly finance reports, and the timely annual finance reports, which helps with tax return submission. That first meeting was excellent, and they went on to maintain excellent communications between their team and myself. In renovating the property ready for tenancy, Ray White staff have continuously been helpful in all aspects of such over many many months. Each and every communication, either in person at the office or the premises, or via text, email or phone has been first class. They have always been caring, polite, knowledgeable, informative, professional, interested, very helpful, courteous, friendly, respectful and such a joy to interact with. I’m so impressed.
