Very thorough, communicative and detail-oriented
George was very communicative at every step of the process from discussing how to improve how our house would show at inspections on through to the acceptance of an offer and signing of the contract. We felt looked after and comfortable the entire time.

Sold Off Market
I was keen and ready to sell but had been soured by other agents and delayed by works required on the property. Brooke was persistent, asked for my business, came to me because I was time poor. As we prepared to officially get it on the market, Brooke called me with a genuine offer from her list of current buyers and it was sold. I couldn't have asked for a better experience selling my property, I hope the new owners get as much joy from it as I did and I can now buy in Western Australia and begin my own next chapter, which is really what Brooke has given me, flexibility and the chance to move on. Highly recommend
Brooke provided a genuine price expectation, which was exceeded. The house sold within a fortnight. Brooke has been nothing but polite, professional and friendly. She also is great at keeping us up to date. We have been so confident and comfortable with Brooke that we now have another property listed with her.
