Ive been a client of Ray White's for 5.5 years and they have gone above and beyond for us and are always great to deal with when it comes to renting. I could not rate through someone else. Liz is a great real estate agent to work with and has made me and my family feel very comfortable when it comes to our inspections. Liz went above and beyond to find us a rental when our lease ended and accomodated me in navigating key hand over when i had some things happening. Shs treats you as a human being and not someone who is just paying rent which makes renting with Ray White Gawler just that bit more enjoyable.

Dealing with Liz when finding a new tenant was a hassle free and enjoyable experience. Her communication skills and knowledge was excellent. Within a day Liz had found several possible tenants that met all the requirements. Which a quick phone call a new tenant was chosen and all the paperwork was sorted. My old agent left and I received a new agent Liz just after a storm that had caused a lot of damage to my rental property. She jumped right in to help sort out all the issues and communicated on my behalf with the insurance company. It was so good to have someone do such a good job of this, and take away the stress I felt when I first heard of all the damage . Thank you Liz.
