Signing the required rental agreement and getting the keys to the rental was relaxing and enjoyable. All questions and issues have been speedily dealt with. We were supplied access to an app that we can report issues, access information, records of payments and upcoming inspections. I personally hope that our experience so far continues through our planned long-term tenancy. Such a pleasure to deal with a professional and friendly tenant agency compared to our last extremely disappointing one.

great service during my experience. last tenant had a pet and left feces all throughout the side garden, would have liked for this to be removed as i genuinely filled up half my green bin with dog droppings. not my best moment.
