Fraser and Jorja are absolutely the local property market experts. They've sold the most properties in the area. Fraser is always very active in communicating, tells me the details of every open home. He keeps clear record of every potential buyer's offering and keeps following up. Cater for anytime if buyer wants to have a private tour of the property. He has lots of buyers' contact in his book, so he quickly gathered lots of interested buyers just after one open home. The final sale price is exactly as what we'd expect. The whole process is smooth and satisfactory. Kudos!
