Dealing with Haydon as the vendor's agent for our recent property purchase challenged all the negative stereotypes we had been told about real estate agents. Throughout our engagement with Haydon, he was nothing but honest and transparent with us, which was very refreshing and made the process relatively stress-free (well, as stress-free as purchasing a property can be!). With timely communication and updates, he made himself available at relatively short notice to answer any questions or concerns. After signing the contract, Haydon also went out of his way to help us with pre-settlement inspections and getting access to the property during settlement.
