Haydon managed all aspects of the sale of our property. We live in Melbourne and had tenants in our unit for over ten years. Haydon project managed the entire process, from meeting with our tenants to securing the trades to undertake a significant update to a number of areas in our unit. Haydon treated our tenants with the utmost respect and supported their move. Then, like clockwork, all works were undertaken in a matter of days post the property being vacant. Haydon communicated with us almost every day and was very quick to respond to our queries. Haydon obviously knows the area very well and his advice on price expectations was very valuable We listed on Friday and the property sold in less than two weeks on the market. I still can not believe how well it has all gone, in what could have been a long drawn process given we are not residents in NSW. It is not traditionally the role of the agent to manage all that had to be done. I wish there were more trustworthy and professional agents such as Haydon.
