Having been in the market searching for a property for close to a year we can confidently say that there's been few real estate agents that have been as responsive and caring as Fraser and his team. From the first inspection despite the large group that came through the property, Fraser gave me his attention + cared for my interest despite many potential buyers. Post inspection and throughout the weeks I gave Fraser many questions and every time he came back to me promptly either through call or text and anything he couldn't answer he'd let me know it was in the back of his head and when get would get back to me. Haydon was a pleasure to meet. From the first point of contact when I made an enquiry about the property I purchased he was genuine honest and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I had lost hope prior to meeting Haydon, I had 2 weeks before my loan approval ran out, and was going overseas and had bad experiences with other real estate agents and thought I was never going to purchase. Haydon was efficient, and quick to get the ball rolling with the previous owner as he knew my budget, and the little time I had left to purchase so there was no time to muck around.
