Selling our house with Fraser was a pleasure, he is very easy to deal with, has a lovely manner and a likeable personality. He doesn't give over inflated estimates of what he thinks you'll sell for, in actual fact our experience was that he keeps it realistic but over delivers and exceeds expectations. Fraser's level of communication throughout the whole campaign was A1 - we liked to be kept in the loop of progress and feedback from potential buyers and Fraser did this without any prompting or following up. We were never pressured to sell or set a particular reserve, he provided guidance but left it to us to make important decisions.
