Fraser went above and beyond to get our sale across the line. Oversupply, and an expensive strata resulted in a challenging sale. On top of that, the tenant was difficult and then moved out without notice. Fraser did everything with minimal fuss, and nothing was too much to ask. Although we achieved a lower price than we hoped, Fraser kept us well informed and updated through the process. His calm, honest demeanor helped reduce our stress. Thank you very much!
