This was a very big deal for me being able to buy a unit in my area after 13 years of renting. I met Matthew in January 2020 when I first started my adventure of Saturday inspections. Fraser did a great job of selling my first property. He guided me through the process, answering all of my "silly" questions. Fraser liased with the tenants, organised private inspections, all during a time where the real estate world was changing rapidly due to COVID. Fraser kept me updated throughout every stage of the selling journey. I was never left wondering where the sale was up to. I highly recommend Fraser.
