Matthew was recommended to us by a friend but his agency was a few suburbs away and we were a little unsure as to whether we should engage an agent out of our area. We met Haydon at an auction over the road. We asked him to pop in for a chat as we had decided to sell our Oatley home some time in 2020. Haydon and Matt arrived and after looking through the home talked us through how they came up with a valuation of the home which made perfect sense. They presented marketing options to us but there was no pressure. We felt very comfortable with Haydon and the team immediately and get a sense there was no bullshit over or under quoting. This was proven true when the house sold within the range that they told us initially and what they told all those people who inspected the house. Haydon and the team looked after our house with the number of agents who attended every inspection. Whenever there was an appointment made to visit with us for a chat they were exactly on time.
