Matt and his team were incredible. As first home buyers, they made us feel comfortable and ran through the entire process, always willing to take time out of their day whether it be first thing Monday morning or late on a Saturday afternoon. Over the six-eight weeks of being engaged with Matt, we felt like we weren’t just another number in Matt’s books, we felt a sense of welcoming and someone willing to help us on a personally level which made communicating with Matt that much easier. Always keeping us updated with what was happening, we never felt we were bombarded with phone calls and emails. He understood our lifestyle and knew that there were times when we could not communicate due to work and/or being on holidays. Our only regret was not going to Matt and his team from the start. His knowledge of the market, communication and professionalism is something that we will never forget and we are very thankful for Matt.
