Fraser has worked many long and odd hours in helping me sell my home. I am really grateful to him and his team who watered my garden during this drought , shut my back door and windows when I accidentally left them open. He saved me many kilometers of travel to do little things like this. He really went the extra mile, plus some. He knows the real estate business intimately and the properties for sale in his area. Over the six-eight weeks of being engaged with Matt, we felt like we weren’t just another number in Matt’s books, we felt a sense of welcoming and someone willing to help us on a personally level which made communicating with Matt that much easier. Always keeping us updated with what was happening, we never felt we were bombarded with phone calls and emails. He understood our lifestyle and knew that there were times when we could not communicate due to work and/or being on holidays. Our only regret was not going to Matt and his team from the start. His knowledge of the market, communication and professionalism is something that we will never forget and we are very thankful for Matt.

We bought our dream house recently. Without your help ( MATHEW and FRESER) it would not have been possible. I have heard some terrible stories from my friends about how some of the real states can be fake and unrealistic in terms of being honest about the property that they are selling. Mathew and Fraser were very honest, patience, and very keen to help even It was quiet difficult situation for us to buy this new house without selling our property at a same time but They took this challenging situation and turned it to a very easy way to move on.
