Matt's knowledge of the Real Estate industry and the area was fantastic as I was selling my Uncles house and I am not from the area, so it was very important to have a Knowlegable person, a caring and nice person , trustworthy and top of his game as I had to ask them to look after everthing for my family as none of us near by.
