This is the second time that we have sold a property with Fraser and on both occasions he went over and beyond the call of duty. The first property we sold in a very hot market and with Fraser's support and guidance the sale price greatly exceeded our expectations. The second property we sold recently as the market had cooled dramatically. We had concerns that we would not be able to sell, however Fraser was persistent, positive and professional to the end. Fraser Glen is an outstanding communicator and a very hard-working agent. He got back to me promptly on every occasion I made a phone call or messaged about the property, even if it was outside normal work hours. He was open and honest in his communications and if he didn't have all the information I requested, he would phone the vendor and get back to me with an answer quickly. Fraser assisted in negotiation in a way that I think was fair, kept things moving in a timely manner and made sure he got answers to any questions I had quickly. The sale of my mothers property was initially required to be speedy as she needed to go into aged care. However a very short time later she passed away. This meant we needed to wait till the will was processed and probate granted. Fraser was very understanding and supportive during this period. When we were able to place the property on the market the team that handled the open house were very helpful and Fraser was regularly in contact to keep us advised. The home sold the day before the Auction date with a lot of work being done by Fraser to complete the sale. The property attained the estimated price and we were very happy.
