The sale of my mothers property was initially required to be speedy as she needed to go into aged care. However a very short time later she passed away. This meant we needed to wait till the will was processed and probate granted. Fraser was very understanding and supportive during this period. When we were able to place the property on the market the team that handled the open house were very helpful and Fraser was regularly in contact to keep us advised. The home sold the day before the Auction date with a lot of work being done by Fraser to complete the sale. The property attained the estimated price and we were very happy.
