Haydon was always polite, patient and helpful even when we (under enormous pressure) were bugging him with endless requests. It is rare to find a young person today (lol I sound like I'm really old) but seriously its rare to find someone young yet so mature these days that I was honestly impressed. The only reason I did not rate him high on negotiation was that we did not negotiate with him directly so I can't answer this accurately.
