I first met Fraser selling my home in south Hurstville in 2012. He always kept me up to date, not once did I need to try and follow up with Fraser. In 2013 I was looking at buying back in the area and did not think twice about contacting Fraser, I trusted him completely. Even if a listing was not with Fraser he would always help when I had questions or concerns about the property he was not even an agent for. Due to circumstances I decided not to buy that year however in 2015 I was ready but the location wasn't an area he covered. Due to the high demand in the area that year I found my self back in Frasers area but due to a high work level my partner was the one doing the searching and suggesting. There was One she had been looking at for a while and I just wasn't too interested until I got dragged to drive past mid week to have a look. I noticed on the advertising board The agent was Fraser! I called to see it I could have a look through within 20 minutes as I had commitments and low and behold I signed a contract that Afternoon, had a quick settlement and was in my new home I love wishing weeks. This was due to my trust in him and honesty! It is hard to even get an agent to call you back these days but with Fraser I always felt like I was the customer and he always went above and beyond to make the process enjoyable, both buying and selling with him.
