Matthew’s relaxed and caring manner took the stress out of the whole process. His laid back attitude belies the fact that he is highly efficient and totally in control of the process! His experience was on display with his thorough a thorough knowledge of the market and strategies for both buying and selling. It’s not the agent alone that is important however, but the quality of the entire team….. they were exceptional! Offering wonderful support, advice, copywriting and photography, not to mention help from other supporting agents on the team. Nothing was too much trouble and the response was immediate! We felt that Matthew was a fair and honest player from both perspectives. We could not recommend him more highly!
