An impressively well-run campaign
I engaged Matthew and his team at RayWhite to sell a property in Glebe. They ran an extremely well-organised and professional campaign. Communication throughout the process was timely and thorough, covering a number of metrics tracked throughout the campaign and Matthew's assessment of evolving local market conditions informed by a wealth of experience. On auction day, Matthew ran through several scenarios to help prepare me for the potential outcomes and, although the property was passed in, he negotiated effectively with bidders in the following days to secure the sale.
