Nici sold our house in no time. But what was even better, she was able to find a specialty buyer that suited us. Because of that our family was able to move onto our next stage much easier. Many thanks to her, and can't recommend her services enough

Nici from day 1 showed professionalism and excellent marketing skills . Her good communication ability was apparent, not only with the vendor but the purchaser also, coupled with excellent local knowledge. I would certainly recommend her to others.

We were very happy with Nici and her marketing plan. She went through everything clearly an professionally. We found her to be the best choice to represent our home an we were very happy with the selling price as we had got the price we had wanted. We had other appraisals which would not have got us the price we wanted

We used Nici from Ray White at Goolwa to sell my late father’s house. Although a stressful time for the family, Nici made the whole process very easy and her caring professional manner was much appreciated. Nici’s market knowledge was invaluable in setting a realistic sale price and her great communication skills kept us up-to-date at all times. Thanks Nici you were a pleasure to work with.

She gave me the info on how she saw the market at the time and had a genuine liking for the property that made the sale of my late Mothers home a better time ....that could have been quite upsetting with another agent with little sensitivity! Nici kept in touch throughout the entire process.

In short I would recommend Nici as an agent to sell or purchase any property anywhere Her professionalism knowledge and beautiful calming nature enabled one of the most stressful events to be actually the opposite with the best outcome for all parties involved Thank you so much Nici 😘

Buying from Nici at Ray White was such a blessing to us. She went above and beyond for us including checking in on us on a regular basis to make sure we were doing ok in the stressful selling/ buying process. Her communication skills are excellent. She always got back to us quickly and endeavoured to get answers for us ASAP. Nothing was too much trouble for her including questions that she wasn’t being paid to answer. We would highly recommend anyone to buy and sell through Nici. Looking around the Fleurieu her signs are everywhere with houses for sale with SOLD on them quickly after. She’s kicking all the goals around the south coast and we are glad to have had one of them kicked by her for us. Thanks again Nici. We are very fortunate to have met and dealt with you. Love the Simon family

Nothing was too much trouble for Nici and her team. Our place was on the market for a month on a best offers campaign and it sold at a great price within the month. Being a unique property Nici marketed and presented the property magnificently. We actually bought the property through Nici 6 years ago so to sell through her and the Ray White brand was a no brainer. We would recommend her to anyone

I was very pleased that Nici was my agent for the sale of my home at Goolwa North. She was very professional in all our discussions, from our first meeting to arrange an appraisal to the handing over of keys at settlement. Nici kept me well informed throughout the sale and open inspection process, her follow up of prospective buyers was very efficient and she always kept my needs in focus. Nici' s knowledge of the local market, great customer service and friendly approach makes her an outstanding agent on the south coast. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any one selling or buying property.

Nici was very professional in the handling of the sale of our home. She was available and responded to or followed up on questions, regardless of how insignificant they may have been. Her advice and assistance ensured that we received the best outcome. Our home was sold within a month of the original contract being signed for the price we wanted.
