This was reflected upon a market appraisal giving me a price guide for my property which I know was within the ball park for recent property sales within the area. He did not exaggerate or over inflate the sales price to secure the deal, but gave an achievable price for which a number of offers were submitted in a short time frame resulting in a great outcome. John has a good sales team with great market knowledge, and should not be overlooked when deciding on a reliable sales team to sell your property.

I have the up most regard for Michael and his Boss John in their daily business of real estate.
