I was suddenly faced with needing to sell my mum’s house as we moved her into aged care. It was important to sell quickly, while also achieving a good price to help provide for her future care. I came into the process knowing nothing about selling a property, and from the start, Corey gave me the confidence and clarity I needed. From our first conversation, Corey explained the basics really well, made clear recommendations and gave me the information I needed to understand the process. We felt immediately comfortable with him. When Corey viewed the property, he seemed to know instinctively what needed to be done. I quickly recognised I could trust his judgment, which enabled me to move quickly and with confidence. One of the best things Corey did was give me a timetable. Suddenly I could see what needed to happen and when. His recommendations for local contractors were also on point. By the time we went to market, I was genuinely proud of how beautifully the property was presented. Corey’s communication throughout was excellent. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always available, friendly and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured and always felt heard. Despite a lot of negative news about the housing market, Corey helped us recognise that our house had standout qualities of its own. We had set a date for auction but received three offers beforehand. Corey handled these with wisdom, and we sold for higher than our reserve price. It was a truly wonderful outcome, and most importantly, a wonderful outcome for my mum. I would wholeheartedly recommend Corey. He was professional, warm and trustworthy throughout the whole process.

Happy and smiley keen to get you into your new home. Initially, Ignorance, work, life and stress lead to me leaving a fairly harsh review. Weeks before getting our keys i hadnt felt anywhere near as strongly about what id written and had always meant to return and amend things. As much as i dont want to have to buy a house and go through the process again, in the end corey was such an important and reliable contact with strong instincts for what buyers need to move through the process.
