I selected Roberts & Green (previous name) because they had sold me my property. Their attention then was excellent as it was again when I decided to sell. Lisa's team respected my personal wishes, took care of my home during open days and generally listened carefully. I received no pressure for a quick sale and because of that respect I was able to realize a good price. I would recommend the firm. This is a business with a strong team-based culture, and I would particularly like to also mention Michelle who was present for most of the house open times and always gave me quick and positive feedback. I will repeat some of the things I said regarding purchasing through Roberts and Parkinson but it's worth it. First time selling on my own I found Lisa and her team friendly and professional. Thier presentation of my property to potential buyers was excellent (as some people I shared it with confirmed). They diligently marketed my property and found a buyer in a timely fashion for the price I was expecting. Highly recommend Lisa and her team despite me sometimes annoying them with questions.
