After having dealings with other Real Estates in the Hastings area, selling and managing my investment properties, my review and opinion has some fact in it. If only I had R&G looking after my investment property, I would have been so much better off. It was time to sell my investment property once it was repaired after being totally trashed in the hands of another Real Estate who could not careless. Once sold Megan, the Rental Manager was on the ball and had renters and all the paperwork done and they moved in quickly so I was able to receive rent until settlement date. Then new owners take over as they bought it for an investment property. Its hard to find a good Rental Manager but I have found one now, great job done, thanks Megan.
