Transparent, honest and genuine.

I had no issues with Elle neither before nor during the buying phase. All the information was timely delivered, requests are processed and responded. Though, I can't say I have had a lot of experience with property agents, so something could've been done better, while I don't even think about it. Still, no issues from me.

Professional and Strong Communication
Elle was amazing, from start to finish. She did not promise anything she thought she couldn't deliver. Elle helped from finding trades to get the house ready to sell, to letting us know what was important to buyers. She did not push but was supportive in meeting our time frame. Elle and Abbey's strengths are their communication and availability, at no point were we wondering or waiting for them.
