Very dishonest guy with zero knowledge

Sam allowed the buyer to change deposit from $100k to $5k & push settlement date back by 3 weeks on a $2.7 Mil sale without discussing it with me, the owner. He didn't pass on important message from the buyer to me in cooling off period. He has zero knowledge about real estate, marketing & sales. Communication- extremely poor. He pretends to know things but he'd be one of the most incompetent agents around. Dont risk selling your property with Sam & RW Henley Beach

Dishonest agent, very poor communication

Communication was extremely poor, multiple emails remain unanswered. These guys are completely dishonest, there’s no transparency. They didn’t pass on important messages from the buyer to me during cooling off period, they allowed the buyer to make changes to contract conditions without my knowledge & allowed the buyer to pay $5000 deposit instead of the agreed $100,000 without my knowledge on a $2.7 Mil property. I have proof of everything. Anthony has admitted to all of this. Don’t risk selling with them
