My experience with Tim Cox was good in every respect. He kept me up dated and carried out all his duties in finding me a solicitor and advising me in a timely and informative manner. This was particularly valuable as I was 8,000 miles away and unable to be present in person. I had no experience of his negotiating ability as the question did not arise.

It was a pleasure dealing with Samantha. She is personable, prompt getting back to you and willing to go outside the norm. As we are currently residing in Alice Springs NT and only had a few days to negotiate and complete necessary details before we returned to the Centre, Sam was only a quick call away to answer our queries and provide helpful suggestions on anything 'local' i.e. solicitors etc. Also, she was able to navigate between her vendor & us before, during and after settlement with pleasant efficiency.
