George warmly welcomed us to inspect the property on a freezing, rainy, mid- winter day. We had to be serious buyers to be inspecting a property in that weather. This was a property for our adult grandson and it was very important to find a quiet location. However, he needed transport close by and access to shopping. Although George did not have to work too hard to sell this property to us, he received an offer from us immediately and promised us that we would definitely have first option with the buyer. We were kept up to date with the progress of our negotiations with the seller and George gave us professional guidance. George immediately communicated the necessary information to our conveyancer.
