Sales of our Belmont House
Adam conducted the auction for our house in Belmont, Geelong and was a brilliant auctioneer. He was able to get us a sale on the day at a price that was very accurate for our property. Our house needed some work but even so a price was settled and we are very happy to have that sale. Ray White is a fantastic realestate company to work with, communication being their focal point. As we were overseas at the time of the open houses, they kept us up to date through emails and phone calls. They didn't use any spin to falsely build our hopes up for a big sale but kept our feet firmly planted on the ground in relation to what we would expect from the auction. We wouldn't have any doubts about recommending Adam and his team to prospective buyers, sellers and property investors.

Sale of property

The right agent in a tough market
In March 2019 Adam auctioned a property for me. The market was very iffy because of all the uncertainty prior to the election and the fact that the brakes had well and truly been put on lending. Adam worked very hard to engage prospective buyers and remained determined to do his very best for me despite the market. He kept me informed at all times and was very reassuring. I have sold property before but not at such a difficult time. Adam was the right agent for me. He's highly professional and very experienced but remains aware of how stressful the whole process is for the client. He's a great agent and and a very decent person.

Our experience dealing with Adam Natonewski has been terrific, a lovely guy, and worked hard for us.
We have just sold our family home through Adam at Ray Whites in Highton, our experience has been excellent, all his staff we dealt with were fantastic, we would use Adam again and would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying. He never failed to open the house and give us the feedback and advice when requested. Could not fault these guys.
