We previously had our house on the market for 5 months with another agent. We experienced nothing but trouble with said agent, the sale fell through, we were constantly lied to, and were left feeling gutted. We took the house off the market and waited a couple of months, before sitting down with Adam and deciding that he was the man to sell our house. Adam listed the house on the Tuesday, we had an open on the Wednesday, and the house was sold on the Thursday. Could not be happier. We engaged Adam to sell my brothers unit after he passed away. Adam's professionalism was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. He helped us organise a few things that we found difficult, given our situation and really took all the pressure away from our family during this difficult time. He offered great opinions to help us maximise our presentation of the unit, to get the best outcome we could. He kept us up to date with open house inspection reports and follow up phone calls and worked extremely hard to get us an outcome that was fitting. Our first deal fell over, however within a week, Adam had negotiated with another party to get a better sale than the one we'd accepted with the original purchaser that had withdrawn their offer. We highly recommend using Adam from Ray White, Highton. He made what was a difficult and stressful time for myself and my family a great deal easier.
