Adam auctioned my mother's house last week. The entire campaign was handled beautifully, from the first consultation to the "third and final call". Adam and Markus kept me up to date with weekly email reports and phone calls and gave me feedback on the inspections. The auction itself was nerve wracking for me, but i needn't have worried as Adam really worked for the vendor, bringing the result to a fantastic finish and getting a better than expected price. We are so glad we went with a professional auctioneer and a terrific agency like Ray White.

We didn't achieve a sale price that we were wanting or expecting and overall we were disappointed with the result but Adam was open and communication was always clear. Adam was always available to take calls and was friendly. He ensured that either he or someone in his team were at our home every weekend for open houses. It was a longer process than we hoped but the agency persevered to get a sale.

Selling our home is something we had only done twice before, with quite a few years in between, and we intended to speak to several agents before making a decision, as we initially made a wrong decision last time round. Ben was recommended to us by a work colleague and after speaking to him we decided we were comfortable and didn't feel the need to speak to anyone else at that point. Ben did exactly what was agreed to and kept us informed every step of the way. We never had to contact Ben as he was continually in touch via phone and email. We actually made it quite hard for Ben as we had decided to auction and we chose not to tell him what price we wanted for our home and only provided our reserve just before the auction started, but he took it all in his stride. Our house passed in but was sold just after the auction to the highest bidder for a price we were very happy with, thanks to Ben's negotiating skills. Ben continued to keep us informed and phoned me after settlement to let me know everything had gone through and to congratulate us and he even assisted the purchasers with further inspections after sale and with setting up a licencee agreement so they could move in before settlement. He certainly exceeded our expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone wanting a smooth sale experience.
