His help thoughts consideration and recommendations were just so kind and awesome considering I had never been through this process of selling my house before. I felt so confident just speaking on the phone with George. His advice and recommendations were just the best ever and showed me just so much support to help get me through all the steps and 'must do things' before auction and then the sale. Sadly once settlement comes through I will certainly miss speaking and having a laugh with him.

Had my property on the market with a relatively new agent and it was frustrating as we did not get people walking in the door. Then we gave it to Adam and team to sell my property and it only lasted for 7 days! Bang! DONE! You don't imagine sometimes what sort of a reach some experienced businesses have in the market. Being such a tricky market we had trouble getting it sold but with Adam and his team kept persistent updating and thinking outside the box to get our place sold. We met with Adam and the team when we were looking for a property on the Bellarine. We knew what we wanted and found Adam and Ben to communicate really well. They obviously had the vendors interests at heart throughout, which I would expect, however, kept us informed along the way. They also recommended a great Building inspector once our offer was accepted. I can highly recommend Adam if you are looking to sell your property (or buy through Ray White and Adam). If we come to ever sell the new house, we wouldnt look anywhere else.
