10/10 - Excellent service!
I would highly recommend any of the team at Ray White. Niki and Cate along with the lovely administration team made the whole process of finding a new rental property incredibly streamlined and stress free. A highly skilled, professional team who provide market level insight, are responsive, efficient and above all - friendly and approachable. 10/10!

The leasing process was great..
Beyond the leasing, our property manager hasn’t really be attentive with my questions.. as tenants we tried to help out with the lawns, raywhite organised a guy to mow our lawns and he hit our main water pipe multiple times .. this was 2 weeks ago and still no one has come to fix it.. when contacting raywhite about it they were not much help at all.. we may now have a large water bill coming our way that is beyond our control…

Respectful and responsive to landlord requests and needs.
I’ve found the property managers at Ray White to be very knowledgeable of tenancy laws and very thorough in the management of my property. They have been quick to act upon my requests. They have ensured that my property has been cared for.

Great Team!
Chris was very helpful getting me into the property initially, communication has been superb throughout the tenancy. Cate was lovely to deal with about opens and only had 1 open before she had it leased. Highly recommend the Ray White Highton team!
